A Message From Mark & The Team

Firstly Debbie, The Team & I hope you and your family are all safe and well during these unprecedented times. You chose us for a reason, and I hope that apart of that was that you liked us and what we stand for, as well as professionalism and client care.

The second thing is try and relax, avoid over worrying about your wedding and all the plans you have been making. There is nothing that you or we can do about it, so we have to accept it as is it is and, in some way, reorganise ourselves and our life to fit the situation we are faced with.

I can assure you that we will do everything in our power to accommodate you and your wedding as we are all in the same boat together.

To help you in any rearrangements, we have made a new online calendar available so you can see our availability at a glance, which should help you book the new date live when agreeing a new date with your wedding venue. You should have had an email from us by now with a link, just in case.

I would also prefer us chatting rather than emailing initially so we can understand your circumstance personally; our mobile number was in that same email.

Based on the government advice, if there is nothing to stop me from being at your wedding, I will be there on your big day as planned.

• To help build confidence in you and your guests and to avoid any infection, we will all be washing our hands more often or more likely using hand sanitiser, so don’t be alarmed.

• If I catch Coronavirus at that time of your wedding, I will not be becoming, but I will do my best to find a replacement for you from within my professional photographer circle.

• If you have to cancel or postpone your wedding, please contact your wedding insurer straight away for advice and procedures.

My contract says …

• In the event of a cancelation in 2020 ….

• My T&C’s say that your booking fee is non-refundable….

• This is still the case, I am sorry, but we will move the booking fee to a new date without charge if available.

• If cancelling within 6 weeks of your wedding in 2020 the balance is still payable….

• If you are cancelling your wedding in 2020 for any other reason than because of disruption caused by the Covid-19 Virus and government instruction, this still applies but we will of course remove the cost of goods in the package.

• If cancelling within 6 weeks of your wedding the balance is not payable….

• If you are cancelling your wedding date due to the Covid-19 Virus and government instruction, we ask you to still pay in full if you have not been in touch with us and had a written agreement, but be assured we will issue a full refund less the booking fee as soon as possible.

• If the new date is available with us, please book it directly online with our special calendar. There is a charge of £100 but this is only to stop spam bookings. This £100 fee will be credited off your wedding package.

• Any bookings will be based on the price list relevant to that year.

• Please note that in 2021 & 2022 weekday & weekend weddings are the price. We only honour Tuesday -Thursday Wedding Discounts on agreement of the package booked.
